Terms of service

Last updated: 21 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the TenderPath UK platform. By creating an account you confirm you have read and agree to them. They are written in plain English; for any enterprise variations please contact hello@tenderpath.uk.

1. The service

TenderPath provides a subscription software platform that helps UK SMEs identify, evaluate and respond to UK public-sector tender opportunities. The platform uses publicly-available tender data and historical award information.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the entity you sign up on behalf of. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. Account sharing across multiple individuals is not permitted on single-seat tiers.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Annual plans are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Free tier

The free tier provides two opportunity scans per calendar month. We may rate-limit, change scope, or withdraw the free tier with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, mirror or resell platform data;
  • reverse-engineer the matching engine or scoring models;
  • use the platform to do anything unlawful or that infringes others' rights;
  • attempt to access another customer's data or impair platform security.

6. Our content and your content

We own the platform, its code and its models. You retain ownership of your own company profile data, bid notes and tracked outcomes. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data so we can provide the service.

7. Scoring honesty disclaimer

Win-probability scores are statistical estimates based on historical comparables, not guarantees of outcome. We surface confidence intervals where data is thin. The decision to bid, and the bid itself, remain yours.

8. Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly availability for paid tiers, excluding scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers (e.g. the Central Digital Platform) or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
